1. TERMS OF USE OF SKYSALES WEBSITE

  1. The Website is operated by CATRION Catering Holding Company, a Saudi Joint Stock company, with Commercial Registration No. 4030175741, having its principal office at Prince Sultan Road, Al Muhammadiyah District 5, P.O. Box 9178, Jeddah 21413, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Registered Capital: SAR 820,000,000.00, Skysales Supplemental Commercial Registration No. 4030285290 ("Skysales").
  2. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. Skysales offer this Website, including all information, tools and services available from this Website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Meaning that by accessing, registering and/or continuing to use or access our Services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions with immediate effect. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change by us at any time. Your continued use of the Website following any such change constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions as so modified.
  3. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our Website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
  4. By visiting the Website you agree to be bound by, consent to comply with, and consent to the practices described in, these Terms and Conditions, which govern your access and use of the Website and all content and functionalities available on the Website (or any of our other websites and related micro-sites accessed through the URL www.Skysalesonline.com related domain names).
  5. If you wish to use our Services, you must read and agree to be bound by our policies relating to those Services. Your attention is drawn to our policies relating to the terms of purchase and our Privacy Policy. If you are aged under 18, you must let your parent or guardian know about our Privacy Policy before you register to use this Website or any of the Services.
  6. We grant you a non-transferable and revocable personal license to use the software that is provided to you by us as part of the Website, for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of our Services, as provided by Skysales in the manner permitted by the Terms and Conditions. Commercial use or use on behalf of any third party is prohibited, except as explicitly permitted by us in writing in advance. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you and without prejudice to any other rights of Skysales.
  7. If you purchase a product on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you are authorised to act on behalf of such business and bind the business to these Terms and conditions.
  8. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password and all use or activity that occurs on your account, including unauthorized use or activity. We will not be responsible for any losses arising out of the authorized or unauthorized use of your account. The account owner is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under the use of their password or username).
  9. You agree that you will provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your use of the Services as required by us.

2. GENERAL TERMS

  1. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, Skysales is also referred to as ("we", "us" and "our").
  2. The user or customer of the Skysales Website shall be referred to as ("You","your") including, individuals, businesses/legal entity, in the case of any minor, the minor's parent or guardian.
  3. The Website is provided to you for your personal use, subject to these terms and conditions and any other rules posted on the Website (including our Privacy Policy) (the "Terms and Conditions").
  4. These Terms and Conditions and all policies and additional terms (if applicable) posted on the Webite set out the terms on which we offer you access to and use of our Website, services and applications including our mobile application (collectively, the "Services").

  6. These Terms and Conditions are reproduced in English and Arabic. If there is any inconsistency between the English text and the Arabic text, the Arabic text will prevail.

3. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions are for a limited period only and restricted by product and brand, where applicable. Discount Codes cannot be applied to certain brands. Discount Codes shall not apply to items or an offer that is already discounted or part of a promotion.

4. DELIVERY

  1. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
    1. Standard Delivery: Delivery in two (2) to five (5) working days.
    2. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
    3. Please note that your order cannot be processed by our delivery partner on public holidays, so these days do not count as working days.
    4. Please find below an overview of the shipping options and times. If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.
    5. Although Skysales are dedicated to delivering in the timelines estimated in our order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines begin from Order confirmation. Skysales are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your order or request postponement.
  2. WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?
    1. For all Cash on-delivery (COD) orders, there will be a charge of SAR Twenty-one (SAR 21) COD.
    2. Standard Delivery:
       
      • For all orders of SAR Three-hundred (SAR 300) and above: Delivery will be free of charge.
      • For all other orders below SAR Three-hundred (SAR 300) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Delivery fee will be SAR Twenty-five (SAR 25).

** Occasionally, offers might be applied on the delivery fee, at the discretion of Skysales.

5. CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGE

  1. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    1. You may cancel your order only by contacting our Customer Service on 800 244 4220, before your order has been processed.
    2. After your order has been processed, any cancellation will be considered as a Return. Please refer to the Return section.

6. WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

  1. To return the products you bought online, please contact our Customer Service on 800 240 4220 or raise a return request through 'My Account' within a maximum fourteen (14) day period from receiving the order. A customer service agent will assist you with your request.
  2. Returns are not applicable for products bought on promotions or sale items.
  3. Returns requests for opened or used products will not be accepted.
  4. Returned items should be unused and with all Skysales tags still attached, and in the same condition as received, in their original packaging. Return of damaged products is limited to only manufacturing defects and is not applicable in case of misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
  5. To return the products you bought online, please contact our Customer Service on 800 240 4220 within a maximum fourteen (14) calendar day period from the date the order has been delivered, a customer service agent will assist you with your request.
  6. There will be no returns on makeup, skincare and personal care products.
  7. For returned items, you will get refunded for the value of the products only (excluding the Cash On Delivery fee and Shipping fee).
  8. If you paid by:
    1. Credit or debit card directly on the Website: When the products have been returned by courier to the warehouse, received, and accepted, Skysales will process the refund (excluding shipping, courier, and customs fees) by crediting the same amount in the credit/debit card used when the order was placed. Please note that refunds can take up to seven (7) to ten (10) working days to reflect in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
    2. Credit or Debit Card on Delivery: Online Voucher will be issued to be used online. After items have been received and accepted by Skysales, it takes up to two (2) to five (5) working days to receive this voucher by email.
    3. Cash on Delivery: When the products have been returned by courier to the warehouse, received, and accepted, Skysales will issue an online voucher to be used on the Website. It takes up to two (2) to five (5) working days to receive this voucher by email.
    4. Delayed Payment Provider: After Skysales receives, accepts, and processes your return, your refund will be processed in accordance with the Delayed Payment Provider's terms and conditions.
    5. E-Gift Card: Any refund/exchange of goods purchased via Skysalesonline with an e-Gift Card shall be made in accordance with Skysales' usual refund/exchange policy. However, please note that we will issue a refund to you on a new e-Gift Card for the value of the returned item.
    6. If you have received a product as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you in your request. All products must be unused and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, with the original invoice within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of your order.
    7. We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.

7. HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  1. To exchange the products you bought online, please contact our Customer Service on 800 244 4220 within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar day period from receiving the order, and a customer service agent will assist you with your request.
  2. Exchanges are not applicable for products bought on promotions or sale items.
  3. Products must be returned to us in the same condition as received and in their original box and packaging.
  4. Exchange requests for opened or used products will not be accepted.
  5. Items to be exchanged should be unused and in the same condition as received, in their original packaging.
  6. Once we have received and inspected the product(s), you may exchange your product(s) with any other product(s).
  7. The selected product must either be of the same value as the original exchanged purchase or lower. If the new item is priced lower than the exchanged item, then you will get the difference as an online voucher.

8. SUBSCRIBE & SAVE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Subscribe & Save is a subscription service offered by Skysales for select number of products in order to have these products sent to you on a recurring basis with the automatic deduction through your preferred payment method (“Subscribe & Save”). These Terms govern your participation in Subscribe & Save on www.Skysalesonline.com and are between you and Skysales and/or its affiliates. 
  2. Please note that your use of the Website is also governed by our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy and Cookie Policy as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements, in each case as may be modified from time to time, all of which are incorporated into these terms and conditions. 
  3. We invite you to read these terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order through Subscribe & Save, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  4. Subscribe and Save Benefits:
     
    1. Only selected products sold on the Website qualify for Subscribe & Save ("Subscribe & Save Products"). 
    2. The Subscribe & Save benefits identified on the Subscribe & Save details page for each of the Subscribe & Save Products and the Subscribe & Save information on the Frequently Asked Questions form an integral part of these Terms.
    3. Your Subscribe & Save subscription will automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel.
    4. Skysales reserves the right to change the Subscribe & Save benefits, including eligibility and the discount amounts used to determine discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.
    5. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. 
  5. Eligible Purchases:
     
    1. Subscribe & Save benefits are limited to Subscribe & Save Products displaying the Subscribe & Save offer on the detail page of the product, and then only if you select the Subscribe & Save delivery method. Subscriptions are active while supplies last. Special limited time subscription promotions only apply during their effective dates. Skysales reserves the right to change the selection of Subscribe & Save Products from time to time.
    2. Subscribe & Save is only available to customers shipping to addresses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Items will not be shipped cross-border.
    3. Brands excluded from Subscribe & Save discounts are Dior, Chanel, Benefit, Gucci, L’Occitane, Kerastase, Cartier, Steampod, Guerlain, Private collection for all brands (RC Gold, Gucci TAG, Armani Prive, Maison Lancôme, YSL Oriental, Tom Ford, CH Confidential, D&G Velvet, BV Palladiano and others as amended by Skysales from time to time.
    4. You need a customer account on www.Skysalesonline.com to register for and purchase items through Subscribe & Save. Your subscriptions are personal to you and you may not assign or transfer your subscription(s) or any of the benefits associated with Subscribe & Save to any third party without our authorization.
  6. Ordering Process and Product Availability:
     
    1. Once you have subscribed to regular deliveries for Subscribe & Save Products, products will be ordered and delivered automatically at the delivery frequency chosen by you at the time of subscription. Some subscription and product details (including but not limited to price, tax, discount, minimum deliveries required, shipping charges, and availability) may change over time as Skysales deems fit. 
    2. Each Subscribe & Save order will be subject to the then applicable subscription and product details. By placing your order for Subscribe & Save Products you are authorising us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency you have selected. Before each Subscribe & Save order is dispatched to you, you will receive an order confirmation message including order details ("Order Confirmation"). You will also be sent an e-mail at the address associated with your account confirming to you that we have, dispatched the Subscribe & Save order to you ("Dispatch Confirmation").
    3. Each Subscribe & Save order constitutes a separate offer from you to purchase a Subscribe & Save Product. The contract of sale for each Subscribe & Save Product is concluded when it is dispatched to you and you receive a Dispatch Confirmation.
    4.  If any Subscribe & Save Product is not available on the date it is scheduled to be dispatched to you, you will be notified and we will attempt to fulfil your order at a later date as soon as the item is back in stock. If any Subscribe & Save Product is no longer available or discontinued, you authorize us to cancel your order. We will use our best ability to notify you of this change.
    5. Delay due to non-availability of any Subscribe & Save Product will not affect the Subscribe & Save discount applicable to any other Subscribe & Save subscriptions you may have or to future orders for the same Subscribe & Save subscription.
    6. If you wish to return a Subscribe & Save Product, please see our Returns Policy.
  7. Price, Payment and Renewal:
     
    1. For each Subscribe & Save order you will be charged the price (including Value Added Tax where appropriate) of each Subscribe & Save Product on the day your Subscribe & Save order is processed, as detailed in the Order Confirmation, less the Subscribe & Save discount.
    2. Subscribe and Save cannot be used in conjunction with any temporary discounts or timebound or limited promo codes or special offers.
    3. The charge for each Subscribe & Save order will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Subscribe & Save order using the payment method you used to create your subscription or otherwise indicated by you, your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) will be cancelled.
  8. Cancellation or Modification of a Subscribe & Save Subscription:
     
    1. Your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) will remain in effect until cancelled. You may cancel or modify your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) at any time via Your Subscribe & Save Items page, which can be found in your account.
    2. If a Subscribe & Save subscription(s) is cancelled, you will only be charged for the Subscribe & Save order dispatched to you and no further Subscribe & Save orders for that Subscribe & Save Product will be placed. Cancellation of a Subscribe & Save subscription for any reason might decrease the discounts applicable to your remaining Subscribe & Save subscriptions. You can check the Subscribe & Save discount applied to your current subscriptions from your account.
    3. If you reactivate a Subscribe & Save subscription that you previously cancelled, the discount applicable to your reactivated subscription may not be the same discount that was in effect prior to cancellation. The new discount will be applied to your future orders of that Subscribe & Save subscription.
    4. If any problems arise with your delivery address, website account or payment method, which we are unable to address, we will notify you via e-mail using the e-mail address associated with your subscription and your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) will be automatically placed on hold. No additional Subscribe & Save orders will be processed or dispatched until the problem is resolved.
    5. We retain the right to cancel subscriptions at any time on account of a breach of these terms and conditions. If your subscription is cancelled, you will be notified and you will only be charged for Subscribe & Save orders for which you have already received Dispatch Confirmation. Failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these terms and conditions will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
  9. Limitation of Liability:
     
    1. Without prejudice to the limitation of liability provision set out in the Terms and Conditions and to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our liability to you will not exceed the amount of an individual Subscribe & Save subscription payment actually made by you during the course of your participation in the Subscribe & Save program.
    2. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer or our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our misconduct.
  10. Amendments:
     
    1. We may, in our sole discretion, change these terms and conditions, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Skysales.com website), without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. 
    2. Your continued participation after the changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any changes to these terms and conditions, you must cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription(s).
    3. Please note that you must comply with all the applicable laws and regulations. Skysales will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

9.ELIGIBILITY

  1. The purchase of products through the Website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the internet in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. In order to make purchases on the Website, you must provide your personal details, including your real first and last name, valid mobile telephone number, alternate contact phone number, valid e-mail address, payment details, valid billing address and other requested information as indicated. You represent and warrant that the payment details you provide are valid, complete and correct and confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
  3. Products purchased are for personal or gift use only and shall not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or for any other commercial benefit. Skysales reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or delivery address.
  4. By making an offer to purchase products(s), you expressly authorize Skysales to perform credit checks and to transmit or obtain your credit/debit card information or credit report information (including any updated information) to or from third parties to authenticate your identity, validate your credit/debit card, obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and/or authorize individual purchase transactions, as we deem necessary.
  5. You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks and such personal information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
  6. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your data.

10. ORDERING ON SKYSALESONLINE.COM

  1. The products appearing for sale on the Website are subject to acceptance and availability. If, for any reason following the placement of an order for product(s), we are unable to supply a particular product, we will inform you as soon as possible, cancel your order in respect of the relevant product(s) and refund you or re-credit your account for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the product(s) which cannot be supplied by us.
  2. Please note that you can order up to ten (10) items of a product.
  3. All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within these terms and conditions, or any other problem identified by us.
  4. Skysales will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of five (5) years.
  5. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, it is a confirmation that we have received it.
  6. Unless cancelled, acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order by us. Completion of the contract between you and Skysales will be perfected when we dispatch the products to you, at which time you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Saudi Arabia and the language of the contract is English. Neither our third-party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of Skysales.
  7. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the Website, whether or not that product has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
  8. Every effort is made to make sure all details on the Website are accurate, however we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the product(s), we shall refund the full amount or re-credit your account in such sum as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund/re-credit once the products have been returned to us.
  9. By confirming your purchase at the end of the order process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount payable for the product(s) as set out in your order, including any delivery charges applicable to that order.

11. PRICES & PAYMENT POLICY

  1. The price of the products shown on the Website and delivery charges are shown in the local currency (Saudi Riyals) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes..
  2. Delivery charges will be added to the price of the products and will be indicated in your local currency, separately on the order form during the check-out process.
  3. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Saudi Arabia Riyals, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
  4. We accept the following forms of payment:
    1. credit/debit card: VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS/MADA / APPLE PAY
    2. cash on delivery ("COD")
    3. Delayed Payment Providers:
      • Pay with Tamara: if you select the Pay with Tamara option, you will be redirected on Tamara platform and will be subject to their applicable terms and conditions.
      • Pay with Tabby: If you select the Pay with Tabby option, you will be redirected on Tabby's platform and will be subject to their applicable terms and conditions. Tabby is available for
    4. orders of value above 30 SAR. The maximum amount depends on the credit limit on customer tabby account.
      (Collectively referred to as ("Delayed Payment Providers")
  5. All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer. If the issuer of the credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment.
  6. The details on the credit/debit card used to make the payment must match the exact ID information of the cardholder as held by the issuer. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the shipping of your order by Skysales. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.
  7. No credit/debit cards' details will be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties except by our online payment gateway service provider.
  8. We take reasonable care to make the Website secure. Rest assured that your card number will be protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is a security technology that encrypts your card details and provides a secure connection between Internet browsers and websites, allowing you to transmit private data online. We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
  9. All delayed payment options are subject to you meeting the respective Delayed Payment Provider's eligibility criteria and entering into a contract with the Delayed Payment Provider.
  10. Use of a service provided by a Delayed Payment Provider is subject to the vendor's terms and conditions and we shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Delayed Payment Provider. These payment options will be made available to you at the time of Secure Checkout.

12. COPYRIGHT

  1. All copyright, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, designs, the "look and feel" of the Website, other intellectual property and material, rights on and relating to the Website including software and all HTML and other code contained in the Website, page headers, images, texts, illustrations, formats, logos, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads and video clips (collectively, the "IP") are and shall at all times remain vested in Skysales and/or are the property of their respective owners, and are protected by the Saudi Arabia and international trademark and copyright laws. You may access, view, download, and print the IP and all other materials displayed on our Website for your personal, non-commercial use only as expressly authorized by Skysales and/or its third party licensors provided, however, that you (i) do not modify or alter the IP in any way; and (ii) do not provide or make available the IP to any third party in a commercial manner. You will not acquire any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights whatsoever in the IP. No license, right, title, or interest in any materials or software is transferred to you as a result of your use of the Website or your accessing, viewing, downloading, or printing of the IP. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the IP or our Website. The IP may be used only as a shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of the IP is strictly prohibited.
  2. Skysales is the exclusive owner or licensee of the IP (as applicable) and is the exclusive licensee of the www.Skysalesonline.com domain name.

13. CONTENT

  1. Skysales provides no warranty as to the accuracy of the content on the Website, nor does it warrant that such content is error free or reliable or that your use of the content will not infringe the rights of third parties. Skysales does not warrant that the functional aspects of the Website or its content will be error free or that the Website, its content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. If your use of the same results in any damage or the need for servicing or replacing property, material, equipment or data, Skysales is not responsible in any way for those costs. Skysales makes no warranty regarding the Website's content, software, text, downloads, graphics or links, or any results from using the Website and you bear the entire risk of the completeness, accuracy or usefulness of any content on this Website. Skysales reserves the right to withdraw any content from the Website at any time and for any reason. Removal may be immediate and without notice. You confirm that Skysales is not liable to you or any third party for any such withdrawal. We endeavor to provide an accurate description of the products on our Website and to display the colours of the products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

22. WARRANTY POLICY

  1.  Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product details to know if it includes warranty benefits.
  2.  Warranty details are specified under the products that are covered by warranty.
  3.  The minimal manufacturer’s warranty takes effect from the date of purchase.
  4.  The address provided during the Warranty claim request will be registered as the pickup and delivery address for the claimed item. This cannot be modified.
  5.  The original invoice is required to verify the serial number and validate the warranty period to benefit from warranty services.
  6.  Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer.

  9.  Warranty & Maintenance services provided by the warranty service are not under the responsibility of Skysales. This includes spare part availability, repair period and/or quality of repair in addition to repair cost and all types of compensations or complaints. You can contact the warranty service provider directly in case of complaints or any other concerns.

  12.   Any faults or malfunctions due to misuse of you, failure to observe product use instructions, neglect, accidents, sabotage, maintenance that does not comply with warranty provider recommendations, or neglect of maintenance exclude the product from warranty provider.
  13.  The warranty service provider is not responsible for any defect or internal damage that are discovered and was not reported by you when submitting the product.
  14.  If the product is an electronic device, you agree, you agree to have the device repaired by a qualified technician that has the right to open the device from the customer if required.
